gold prices around 10:30 AM

Does anyone know why is gold so volatile around 10:30 AM eastern time? I notice a jump, up or down around this time. Thanks ...

 

Ever notice the EIA Crude inventory report comes out on Wednesday @ 10:30AM?

at 10:30am, the days trading range was a whole $4 ... what volatility?

 

I'm not talking about day trading range which is low for today indeed, I'm talking about 20 min trading range which is higher than usual between10:30 - 10:50
