Gmail suffered its second outage in as many days yesterday, this time conking out for over two hours rather than one. The initial outage was apparently down to an authentication error, affecting all of Google's services that require users to log in with a Google account. Fortune

 

Starting in 2021 inactive accounts will be deleted after 2 years of inactivity.

 

So it does sound like it's the Russians? Treasury was hit through a token authentication hack

 

My internet was down entire provider Telewest for about 6hours aswell today, first time in 10+ years.

 

I wonder if Yahoo Finance also has been affected - the option chains have been screwed up for a couple of days now.

 

Google Maps and Google/Android Messages for Web has been degraded since late yesterday.

Turns out, I had a DNS issue with my VPN--or Google had a DNS issue with my VPN.
