The Federal Reserve is a spectator on the sidelines, and it just forfeited its opportunity to uphold the illusion that it is in this game. My take, they think they're pitching but they're batting.
Yeah, i can't see a rate hike this year...basically the economy (both the US and rest of the world) just can't take it.
