Well it is good to hear she is healthy enough again to assume her justice duties.

If she continues to have medical issues to the point where she can no longer effectively perform then she should consider retiring.

 

In Jan 2021 she should.

 

Just in time for Trump's second term.

Trump will be just starting his second term. That's a good date for retirement for her.
