In my observation as a newbie retail, the pros priced normal circumstances (steady, semi-steady states) very very well but not special events like this one. I have a "hunch" is it is not fully priced in yet but I have no capability to prove it.
I was thinking more of insiders. But it's possible that they are using this volatility to accumulate shares under the radar. Truthfully, it doesn't even matter, all the stocks will rip, so let's hope it happens!

Thanks for the kind words. I obviously didn’t know for sure, but what I do know is that smart money don’t like to be the bag holders. When are they bag holders? When black swan events happen. Do they panic and get out at lows? No, they use their powers to prop stocks back so they can rebalance based on new information.
