Getting a lower sec nscc and those other fees lower

  1. Is it possible to get those other fees lower. Like the nscc, sec etc if a certain volume is done?

  4. because I heard you can get part of the NSCC back or something like that as to a rebate

    Well SEC fee went down 3 days ago from 19.2 to 18.0. Hope it helps

    Washington, D.C., January 20, 2012 — The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced that on February 21, 2012 the fees rates applicable to most securities transactions will decrease from $19.20 per million dollars to $18.00 per million dollars. The assessment on security futures transactions will remain unchanged at $0.0042 for each round turn transaction."

    Nope, started on Wednesday. Trades that happened on Wed are cleared on 21st.

    Washington, D.C., May 2, 2011 – The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced that, if a regular appropriation to the Commission for fiscal year 2012 is enacted on or before Oct. 1, 2011, the fees rates applicable to most securities transactions will decrease from $19.20 per million dollars to $15.10 per million dollars in fiscal year 2012. The new fee rates will go into effect on the later of Oct. 1, 2011 or 30 days after the appropriation is enacted. The assessment on security futures transactions will remain unchanged at $0.0042 for each round turn transaction.






    Something doesn't sound right, the fee looks offf from the posts. What happen to $15.10?
