Sadly, I'm ashamed to say that when I see and hear these schmucks, It brings to the surface old white men that know of only a one-way globalized, establishment world,
and a few self-entitled millenial-esqe know nothings, with no reason to be heard at all.

Kinda like the Fed thinking they will tame inflation caused by shortages, using the same tools used to tame inflation caused by speculation and demand.

As long as government doesn't change the rules of the trading game, those that get it have the opportunity to create generational wealth.
Everyone else, particularly those that are not self-reliant to make their way in the big bad world, are pretty much fucked.

Oh, how dare you! I guess you don't like the new White House secretary who's more interested in letting everyone know she's black, female and queer than covering for her dementia-patient boss.

    !!!

The thing about this is the Fed can tame inflation by the induced unemployment route despite inflation being caused by shortages. Nevertheless, it's ridiculous to fall back on this crude Fed tool until logical ways to tackle a supply shortage have at least been tried.

Sadly, logical approaches would probably require both executive action, which is missing, and legislative action, which the "cloakroom filibuster" has made impossible. The minority has gotten their way. They've caused their belief that government is bad to become a reality. This leaves the worst option as the only way forward.
