I may daytrade short this tomorrow https://www.cnbc.com/2021/09/08/gamestop-gme-2q-2021-earnings.html
"Wise men say....." Word around the campfire... @salty needs a roomate. Edit... he's pretty good. For real. The sax guy that is. Edit 2: He needs to bring it up at the 2:02 point into the close. A little soul.
Hardly, game over, as that stock has defied common sense, all year! It falls from $500 to $50 and next thing you know it doubles to $100 on it's way to $300. It's hovered around $150 for awhile so I could see it bouncing tomorrow if broad market is up and meme stocks like CLOV, WISH, and AMC go up. Broad markets continue down you might able to ride that $181(AHs) for $10-$20pts over next few days. Risk is that could pop in an instant...see SPRT today! Good luck though!
hmmmmm. Not a bad guess, but if there's a bounce there, I'd either short it at $180 and change or wait until $165.70 on Friday to take it long. Edit... $167.60
Too late. The stock already fell 9%. You will just be rolling concrete flat, going nowhere, if not losing. That would be like appearing to a New Years' Eve party at 12:22am -- the mood and tone and energy has greatly dissipated. Witnessing 9-11-01 on 9-18-01. Ideally, You should have spent your entire account on put options two or three or four days before earnings reporting. If you did that, you would be swimming in nice liquid profits rights now. And people would be calling you Caaaaaaaaaal-- - Hoooooooooooun. Trading is a game, it's definitely a game. A game of enlightenment and wits and mental capacity. A game of vision and clarity and eyes. A game of rounds balls -- and patience and philosophy. A game of battles and wars and strategy.
Me neither til today leading % gainers, went like 12 to 38... big spread though https://www.cnbc.com/quotes/EFTR
Messing with you, I posted my position here when it was swinging at $21. Started buying early in small 150 lots(600x $18.40 or less) because the vx was nuts. Sold high $29.00s and $34. As for GME, Salty learned the hard way a cult stock can screw over fundamental right shorts while rewarding Zombie Business investors like AMC or GME. Kids own the entire float and their moves make no sense.
