G.O.P. Hopefuls Denounce Marriage Equality Ruling

  1. WASHINGTON — Across the country, among people of all ages and religions, the acceptance of same-sex marriage has grown with stunning speed. But not in the leadership of theRepublican Party.

There is a striking unanimity among the candidates who are running for the party’s presidential nomination in 2016: Not one supports allowing gay and lesbian couples to marry.

Many pledged to fight on, using language that was both biblical and bellicose, framing the debate over marriage rights as a choice between surrender and retreat, between the divine and the profane.

All ages and all religions? What an absolute lie. Most States, which includes all those ages and religions have voted AGAINST same sex marriage, only to have it overturned by the court.

The Bible expressly condemns homosexuality as sin and an abomination.

I haven't lost anything. Man has the free will to choose, but make no mistake, All of us will someday bow and stand in judgement before God. Either your debt of sin will be covered by the blood of His Son Jesus or it will not.

A unrepentant, self-centered Godless life will not make it.

Marriage has always been defined as Husband and Wife, man and woman. If a homosexual couple want to embark on some type of civil union that is their choice, call it what you want but it's not a "Marriage".

And don't try to blur the lines including it into Christianity, the Bible forbids it.

    Gambit and BSAM like this.

  5. The Bible is a Bronze Age collection of myths half truths and outright lies. But hey, if you want to live your life by such a silly thing go ahead. Just don't get in the way of us more rational people.

I meant you've lost the political battle. Besides, you can't tell me that two pretty women kissing each other sloppily isn't romantic.
