NEW POLL SHOWS EVERY DEMOCRATIC FRONTRUNNER BEATING DONALD TRUMP IN 2020 ELECTION

By Hunter Moyler On 2/05/20 at 10:56 AM EST

New poll results from Morning Consult released Monday showed all five of the leading contenders for the Democratic presidential nomination defeating President Donald Trump in hypothetical match-ups.

Mike Bloomberg, an entrepreneur and the former mayor of New York City, had the greatest lead over Trump. Forty-seven percent of respondents said they would vote for him if he were nominated to run against Trump, while 40 percent said they would vote for Trump and 13 percent were undecided.

Former Vice President Joe Biden came in second with 46 percent of respondents saying they would support him in the theoretical race. Forty-two percent said they would instead cast their ballot with Trump, while 12 percent were undecided.

Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders tied with Biden—46 percent of registered voters said they would vote for him if he were to face off against Trump, while 42 percent would support Trump in is re-election and 12 percent said they were not sure.

Forty-three percent of registered voters said they would vote for Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts if she were chosen as the Democratic nominee. Again, 42 percent said that they would instead vote for Trump. In this case, 15 percent were undecided.

Former South Bend, Indiana, mayor Pete Buttigieg came in last with 42 percent of support from surveyed voters, while 41 percent said they would vote for Trump and 17 percent were undecided.

The latest results from Morning Consult were based on 35,888 surveys among registerd voters between January 27 and February 2, according to the report. All results from the hypothetical election match-ups have a margin of error of plus or minus one percentage point.

It's a sad sign on where your country is headed if this is the "best" guy you can find to lead your country. He's a clown with no thought for the future. That being said, I believe enough Americans will understand he can't be allowed to continue and will vote him out ending this charade.

Can you honestly say your life got better the last 4 years because of Trump ? Other then maybe some stock market appreciation that a Canadian like me can just as easily get. At some point, the long term issues with Trump policies will have to be paid. That federal debt has to be paid down ( by the taxpayers ), healthcare has to be dealt with, the environmental issues can't be pushed down the road forever ( if anything, Trump's made the problems worse ). Trump had more resources to deal with these issues then Obama did early years yet he did nothing positive to solve them.

Do most Americans really have better quality jobs or are you just taking advantage of the under classes including many of your children and their generation ? If your expensive colleges are so good why are so many US based companies hiring Canadians and others for well paid top notch jobs in their organizations ? It just seems to me that Americans want to believe they are winning but the levels of violence, mental illness, drug use, poverty, obesity etc suggest all is not well in the US. It might just be that enough people are NOT happy with what US politics and the upper classes are doing to impact their lives that they'll just uproot the whole thing very, very soon. Hard to say when, it just seems to be coming faster then you think.

Canadians would never vote for Trump in any capacity. In a world where a choice had to be made between Trudeau and Trump, Trudeau would get a huge majority of the votes. I know it's hard for some of you Americans to understand just how low an opinion we have of Trump. Toronto basically kicked him out; the hotel with his name on it had to be renamed or it was literally going out of business in a really strong local real estate market.

Americans get what they deserve when they elect these guys who are out for themselves and seem thoroughly incapable of solving real social problems on a national scale.

The debt can never be paid down, as long as the central bank here charges interest on the money they loan to banks.

Go Maple Leafs, they play good hockey and taste great on pancakes!
