I remember back when this same hype in the markets was happening just about 5 years ago.....how quick everyone forgets. There is always high and always a low.... Markets don't go up forever.
Agreed. Check out the Daily Channel Range on SPY has been going with. It's at its top, even if there is steam left it has to still breath. It should come down a little bit as its near the top of its channel.
Bubble bubble and more bubbles Was just reading an article about the higher priced housing markets being flipped ...said the market for flips in the higher end market is up huge and the average flipper is making between $200,000-$250,000 versus just $50,000 in the smaller markets... Then watched a video about how Miami real estate prices are surging where a condo that sold in 2009 for $4 million + just sold for $9 million plus. 4 years and a 100% return....that has BUBBLE ben bernanke written all over it hahah. The bubble is back again in all asset classes. As you can see the same exact thing happening all over again. Only a fool would think otherwise. The next collapse will make 2007-2008 look like nothing ever happened. Keep thinking that all that free money was the answer to the fix because in reality its the next downfall to this economy.
