For US stocks, which software offers Java or C# API?

I see most API is understandably offered in C++. Interactive Broker Java API is good, but I would like to join a prop firm to get more than 4x intraday leverage for my basket trading system. I took a look at Sterling, Lightspeed, Redi, Realtick, but all don't seem to support Java/C#. Please let me know if you know any that does

I am not aware of which prop firms offer Ninja? TT is too expensive (my impression)
