As far as I know it's not allowed to sell the license.

 

yea only a fool would buy that used - it's so reversable and if the software company gets wind of it they may cancel the original license completely.

 

what about just transfer of license, and you get 1 year of coffee in return

 

Transfering the licence in general isn't allowed.

 

What if it's a gentleman's agreement

 

Lol, then you have to be a gentleman and trust the other person with your multi-factor authentication methods. E.G. Name, address, phone, email, ssn, mother's maiden name, favorite color etc etc.
