    They actually walked through the math on why. Either the people demanding the information need to pay for their request and fund the work — or the U.S. government needs to fund people to do the work — if they want it on a faster schedule. You also need to realize there are dozens of information requests in line before this one as well.

    Not to scan, but to process and redact the information as needed. They have 10 employees, fund the department properly and they will do it quickly. Surely concerned Republicans on budget committees can handle that.
