Flag at half staff during the inauguration of a president? Not good.

  1. I am actually going to side with Mr. Trump on this one, but only in the sense that it is perfectly fine to reflect on whether there is a better way to handle this. Nothing wrong with his sentiment at all unless you are a left wing loon, and we know who you are.

For example, I don't see why the flag cannot be at full mast on inauguration day but then extend its being at half mast for Carter by another day so that he gets the full 30 days as is the custom. What's the problem with that?

Also it would mean that ten seconds after Trump is sworn in the flag would start to be fully raised over the capitol and around the country. THAT TOO WOULD BE AWESOME MY FRIENDS. AWESOME. I am predicting that there would be a few USA chants from the crowds around the country. Dems, be careful what you wish for.

Mr. Trump, you can work this out. Not to worry. Stay flexible.

Donald Trump fumes over flag flying at half-staff to honor Jimmy Carter during inauguration

Trump is such a sensitive little self-centered child.

Remember when he wouldn't even receive Biden when Biden won?

  3. Soon to be your President upon the overwhelming vote of the American electorate.

No shame in reaching out for help.

Trudeau is going to go down right about the time Trump comes on board, so that will add a nice touch to the occasion.

Not the best time to be a lefty.

  4. No! You?

  5. As are the people who voted for him.

  6. Freddy Foreskin, take a little break from solving all of America's problems and focus on Canada for once.

If you need any help familiarizing yourself with current issues and events there in Canada, we can help. We know that focusing on Trump 24/7 year after year has not allowed you much time to learn about Canada.

  7. Really? And here I thought it was you who started this thread.

  8. Yeh, well, I am an American so I follow some of this. See how it works?

I also started a couple Canadian threads but you don't follow those so would not know.

We know you do your pledge of allegiance to the Pride Flag so do not get involved in anything Canadian.
