This is an American idea, my friend and if you lived your entire life believing in something it doesn't necessary mean that it's true. I am not saying that you're wrong, in general, I agree with you, but you should realise that there might be other opinions on this subject, and they can be equally correct. Finland has the best education system in the World, and one of the highest indexes of human happiness, maybe they know something better than us?
Mayby but you forgot 1 thing companies replace humans with machines when machine will do job becose its cheaper than to pay human who will buy than product? when people will be jobless.
I understand your point, but historically that doesn't really happen. 100 years ago the most common job was to be a farmer. But eventually we accomplished the hard farming tasks traditionally done by hand with automated machines like tractors and combines. So what happened to all the farmers who had their manual labor replaced by machines? They got work in manufacturing jobs building better tractors and creating new machines, or they became mechanics who worked on all those machines. So in other words, when a manual job gets replaced by a machine, it really just creates a whole new industry of work and possibilities, and it frees up mankind to focus on creating something new. It's pretty exciting stuff in my opinion.
Hogwash. "Pay for doing nothing" is always wrong! If your job gets supplanted by innovation, then you need to adapt. That's the way of the world.

Pardon me, but if you don't want to be working "one shitty job or another", perhaps you should make yourself more valuable so you don't have take shitty jobs. Nobody should expect to be handed a well-paying job. It's still "survival of the fittest". And as you appear to support the notion of "basic income", I presume you're a Lefty/Democrap/Socialist. If so, you should be RAISING HELL with the DemoCrap leadership for shipping tons of illegals into the US to make it even more difficult for you to have any job let alone a good one.
