Finding stocks on Finviz

Is there a way to find the strongest bull or bear flags with Finviz if so how is it done?

 

At first glimpse, if using the free version, bull flag is not there, -



And even if it was, i wouldn't trust too much on patterns from finviz.

 

Why not?

 

It's too innacurate, for my taste.
