Feds received whistleblower evidence in 2017 alleging Clinton Foundation wrongdoing

" . . . 6,000 pages of evidence attached to a whistleblower submission filed secretly more than a year ago with the IRS and FBI.

That evidence was assembled by a private firm called MDA Analytics LLC, run by accomplished ex-federal criminal investigators, who alleged the Clinton Foundation engaged in illegal activities and may be liable for millions of dollars in delinquent taxes and penalties.

In addition to the IRS, the firm’s partners have had contact with prosecutors in the main Justice Department in Washington and FBI agents in Little Rock, Ark. And last week, a federal prosecutor suddenly asked for documents from their private investigation.

The 48-page submission, dated Aug. 11, 2017, supports its claims with 95 exhibits, including internal legal reviews that the foundation conducted on itself in 2008 and 2011.

Those reviews flagged serious concerns about legal compliance, improper commingling of personal and charity business and “quid pro quo” promises made to donors while Hillary Clinton was secretary of State. . . ."

I remember it from 2018. So.. the Republican committee could not get evidence from it's own "witnesses" and the word "fiasco" got bandied about.

I recall they claimed the (Trump's) by 2018 FBI and IRS had the "proof". The organizations have done nothing with but.. the two have sold books and made appearances.

    Suckered you.

Autistic spectrum adults have trouble keeping up with conversations and thus will often regurgitate random information when they feel lost. "Look I have this! and this! and this here!".

The times we live in are strange and threatening.

Most of us are not AS and even so we are poorly equipped to deal with the uncertainties of these complex and contested 'realities'.

We are easily tempted by simplistic certainties of fiction, ideologies and the contrived realities of Twitter, TV and the blogs.

Spare a thought for the autistic posters who are utterly, utterly lost facing the Clinton stuff, there is SO MUCH, surely (don't call me) there must be substance? In all this time nothing proven.

So, what we have here is a charitable foundation owned by the Clintons (which actually does very little charitable work), allowed to accept "donations" from foreign sources, and roughly 40% of the cash that has poured into the Clinton Foundation has come from foreign sources. The identities of many of these foreign sources were concealed using a shall company in Sweden! In addition, Wall Street analyst Charles Ortel analysed the Clinton Foundation and declared the organization has been operating in a “boldly illegal” fashion, calling it “charity fraud” adding Canadian corporations to the list of cutouts to conceal where the "donations" originate!
