Brennan says he 'wouldn't be surprised' if more Mueller indictments come on Friday

Former CIA Director John Brennan suggested in an interview Tuesday that he "wouldn't be surprised" if special counsel Robert Muellerhands down additional indictments at the end of the week, though he acknowledged he does not have inside knowledge.

Brennan said on MSNBC's "The Last Word" that he believes Mueller wants to hand over the threads of his investigation to prosecutors in the Southern District of New York and elsewhere.

"I wouldn't be surprised if, for example, this week on Friday, not knowing anything about it, but Friday is the day the grand jury indictments come down," Brennan said.

 

Gotta be Don Jr. , who else is left before the big orange turd himself is implicated.

 

If the reports of dozens of sealed indictments pertain to Mueller's team, there's plenty of others left. I don't think it's Junior, seeing how NY is involved (though I'm sure they got shit on him over the Trump slush fund)

 

I don’t know about this Friday being the day but I have said multiple times for months now that there is no way SDNY is not looking at RICO.

Trump has run a criminal enterprise for years.

 

I don't think Mueller will drop it when the markets are open, especially if it contains an indictment of Jr.
Not saying that it does, but if it does... I gotta think that might spook things a bit. Maybe not.
What if he says there's enough evidence to indict Trump were he not sitting in the Oval Office?
I don't think the markets would like that much either.

The following Friday is the Ides of March... now that would be some dark irony. Can't have that.

I don't think he'd make a statement like that if he wasn't willing to haul him out in handcuffs. The whole "can't indict a sitting president" bit is shenanigans. Now whether they'd choose to do so instead of deferring is a whole 'nother can of worms, since there'd be plenty of nutjobs ready to march to DC.
