I think anyway. Just saw it mentioned somewhere, and I might have known before but - tuned it out. Anyway, a reminder. I can see where it could be interesting right before NH and with the race tightening and thinning out but like I a lot of people I dont seem to be interested in all the bloviatingmanymore. Just let me know what the results are from NH next week. Oh, and if you could let me know what the results are from Iowa next week that would be nice too. Hope that wanting to see the results from dem primaries is not asking too much. Idiots.
When are they going to allow Bloomberg on stage? Also can't wait to see candidates suddenly discovering their hatred for Buttigieg.
edit: I dont know if I have that debate thing right. It might be a locally sponsored debate in NH rather than a dnc sponsored debate. But I think there is some kind of debate on stage there. But the dnc also seems to be having a debate Feb 19 in Nevada. Could be some kind of network sponsored townhall thingy there tonight. So I will just say I don't know. There is some kind of debate there. Possibly not one of the dnc ones. Maybe one of the roboposters could post some actual information for a change. Oh, I see. Not in their package. What was I thinking.
CNN is having Town Halls in NH with all the candidates over 2 nights...dont think there are any more debates.
What do you mean "any more." You mean before the next primary or what? There is a dnc nevada debate later this month and more after that. I think.
Also, I don't see yet that it is townhall rather than a debate. The New York Times reports it as though they are all on the stage together. Could be townhalls with individuals going on too but seems to be a debate scheduled. Or maybe NYT calls it a debate and others call it a townhall. Not sure why NYT would call it a debate if they are just sequentially rotating individual candidates out for Q and A. Dunno. The Democratic presidential debate is 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern time. It is being held in Manchester, N.H., and hosted by ABC and WMUR. This will be the last debate before the New Hampshire primary on Tuesday. Two of the candidates in the debate, former Mayor Pete Buttigieg and Senator Bernie Sanders, are locked in a virtual tie in the results in the Iowa caucuses. Mr. Sanders leads in recent polls in New Hampshire. Five other Democrats will be onstage tonight: former Vice President Joseph R. Biden, Jr., Senator Elizabeth Warren, Senator Amy Klobuchar, Andrew Yang and Tom Steyer. George Stephanopoulos, David Muir and Linsey Davis of ABC and Adam Sexton and Monica Hernandez of WMUR will be the moderators of the debate. The New York Times will have extensive debate coverage, including a live analysis throughout the event.
Oh God you are right, another debate tonight....seriously right after CNN did back to back nights of town halls...i think they have said all they can say, now it is about who can throw who under the bus the best...
Yeh, as I said, the timing could make it a firecracker, except I am beginning to flatten and tune the debates out a bit. The dreaded flaccidity. On the other had, if they go after Pokey for the women of color abandoning her campaign that could be par per view TV.
If you have not seen SNL spoof of the New Hampshire Democrat debates. Atleast, it was funny. https://www.yahoo.com/news/snls-bloomberg-looms-over-cold-131813811.html
