High $7.35. Near time record.

 

That's what happens when the biggest Nor'Easter of the season is about to hit the East Coast, the day after expiry of the current NG contract. Note the price and action of April NG. Not so much, heh.

 

I've traded physical gas at $100+. But did not see HH monthly price like this.

 

Up NYMEX NG Mar 2022 goes again.
Either the winter is freezing cold, or the US is selling NG to Europe.

NG Feb 2022 contract - some traders must be very happy.
Some traders must be weeping.

Time to look into ICE Europe NG TTF, NBP futures.
If there is war, these futures are going to move very massively.

the last time NYMEX NG moved very massively was in 2000, 2005, 2008
