Credit Unions can be cool. I found one that rebates all ATM fees from any ATM. I have to fill out a form online listing the amount and date [or like that] but big deal, I have to keep my receipts from every ATM transaction that's all... Nowadays you don't have to work for any particular entity to qualify either, pretty much anybody that walks in can have an account...
