FBI Director Christopher Wray undercut a theory pushed by Trump and some of his Republican allies that the government of Ukraine meddled in the 2016 election, ABC News reports. Said Wray: “We have no information that indicates that Ukraine interfered with the 2016 presidential election.”
Both GOP and Dem Counsels for the Intelligence Committee admitted under questioning that not ONE witness in all the hearings on Russia and the election ever claimed or pushed the idea that Ukraine also was involved in meddling in the elections. BOTH GOP and DEM COUNSELS.... The only person who said Ukraine played a role was Russia and Trump (yeah I consider them the same). I know NOW they are all coming out of the woodwork claiming Ukraine AND Russia but the INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY only found Russia evidence and when asked yesterday at the hearing both the GOP and Dem Counsel admitted: No concrete evidence has been offered to support that idea.
If I recall correctly the former Ukrainian President wrote an op ed about why Clinton would be better for Ukraine, considering Trumps Russian ties and manafort and Flynn and all of that. This is the basis for all of this nonsense coming from Trump and Cruz, Kennedy et al in congress. So Wray is just telling it like it is. He can’t seriously run the fbi and put out Russian disinformation.

Sytnyk: And when they carried out the elections, a week before the elections, the FBI reopened the investigation in respect of Hillary. So her rating dropped for 7 percent and that’s why Trump managed to win the elections at a pinch. I’m still unable to understand why he’s fighting with the FBI. They try to catch him on the hand. If it were not the FBI, he would not have won the elections. They torpedoed Hillary’s ratings for 7 percent.
