Extremism in America: Updates

    The problem with your line of thinking is WHO decides what is extreme? It's easy to point to groups like those in your link. Any sane person would agree they are kooks. But what about someone that wants to burn the flag? Is he an "extremist"? Who decides what is "extreme"? I think one of the great strengths of our country is that ANYONE has the right to free speech, not just the ones you or I agree with.
     
  2. very noble of you... to me, at that level, it shows a serious breakdown in shared values, goals etc... things getting out of hand...

    Have we ever seen extremism come from the Swiss?
