Both thrombosis and embolism can occur from long hours of sitting. So for those who enjoy sedentary lifestyle, get your ass out of the chair every couple hours and do some stretching. Just walking around the room a few times wouldn't hurt either.

    It sounds rather Japanese.

    Many Japanese died while working.

Basic advice and accurate. That is a good reason to trade from at home in your underwear {secondary reason} and not in an office,

this guy is an investment banker, not a trader. exposing your gentile in front of a zoom session would lead you fired.

Start that career at 40? He could have walked away any time, but he had limited work history in the field. Should have gone into WM or another niche.
