Every time Santorum opens

  1. his mouth... another swing voter goes to Obama.

Hell, Barack and his supporters should start donating to Santorum just to make sure he continues prolonging this spectacle of ignorance that is Rick, the Republican party and its candidates today.

I actually think these guys have some good ideas... but their message, and Santorum's gets lost in all the acrimony, cross-accusations, naivete and religious zealotry as they pick each other and certain demographics apart. Other than not having sex is there anything that Santorum really believes in as strongly... that will actually serve the greater good of the entire Country and ALL citizens?! I am listening for it.

Obama doesn't even need a campaign manager or speech writer. Romney, Santorum et. al are fulfilling those roles just fine.

I agree. He is too severe and seems vindictive. He is too fervent about his religion. I think he drives independents towards the democrats.

  3. Yes a religious nutter butter who believes in the opposite of the US Constitution.
Ron Paul. The only sane choice.

  4. As mentioned, it would take a 'miracle' for Santorum to make the ticket this time around.

Extreme statements like this drive many towards Romney or Obama.

  6. Santorum is a threat to our national security. He gets elected and next thing you know we have a rebirth of The Inquisition.

The difference between Ricky Santorum and the white supremacists, Islamist radicals, Jim Jones and even the Nazis is smaller than some perceive or realize.

In my view, although he might mean well, he's intellectually inferior and a highly unsophisticated thinker (and believer)... in that he does not get why the 1st Amendment contains the separation of Church and State edict along with freedom of religion.

Here it is Adolph-Rick you fucking, pompous neo-Victorian nut-bag:

PRAY ALL YOU WANT... THAT IS GRANTED TO YOU/US BY THE 1ST AMENDMENT (Hallelujah Rick!) JUST DON'T COMPEL ME... BY USE OF STATE FORCE, POWER, AUTHORITY OR INTIMIDATION.... TO PRAY WITH YOU OR AGREE WITH YOUR RELIGIOUS VIEWS BY OTHER THAN MY OWN FREE CHOICE OR WILL!"

So is Obama, but his zombies don't seem to mind.

I'm not sure why you're peeing in your panties over Santorum. Of the three most likely GOP candidates he almost certainly has the least chance of beating Obama.

  8. The fact that he is even a remote consideration for the party candidate should be of concern to republicans. The guy is nut's and will say anything to stay on the front page. I expect he's about 30 days away from running down the street screaming, THERE'S A NIGGER IN THE WHITE HOUSE!! We must save the nation and throw him out.
Both Ricky and Newt are more of a threat to freedom in general than any candidate I've seen in my lifetime, which goes back to Truman. They make Goldwater look like a reasonable man.

But look at how he's appealing to the GOP base. The polls have him at a statistical tie with Romney, the only near-normal GOP candidate. What does that say about the base?
