It is one thing to be pro open borders via an Abolish ICE/no deportations mentality, it is entirely on another level if you want to give free healthcare to illegal immigrants. Obama pretends to be talking generically about dems and elections but he is just doing what he always does which is to try to preserve the legacy of his own awesomeness. Up until a couple days ago Warren, Bernie, and most of the tiers below were supporting medicare for all. Not Obama enhanced Obama-care for All. In other words, Obamacare was considered to be retro and needed to be replaced. Barry can't have that. No, no, no. That can't happen. Instead, he supports fixing/enhancing Obamacare, public option whatever. That way his legacy is preserved. He was the pioneer, the father of health care for all and everything that comes after is just sizzle on the steak he created. He needs this because he needs it. It has nothing to do with others need or are demanding of candidates. Never forget that it is about his awesomeness even when he fails. Similarly, when he left office and did some interviews and was asked what his biggest failures were, he said that although he was able to rally crowds and get elected that he never was able to pass that along and have it translate into helping the other candidates he campaigned for. In other words, HIS BIGGEST FAILURE WAS THAT NO MATTER HOW HARD HE WORKED HE COULD NOT GET OTHERS TO BE AWESOME LIKE HE IS. Barry being Barry.
