I know Interactive Brokers offer one free international wire transfer anywhere in the world, correct? Some US brokers like E-Trade offer a Payoneer card, also available for non US persons. If you travel to the US, open a US bank account, many US brokers can deposit you via free ACH. But most (European) brokers bore you with you having to fax them(!!!) a form to pay you out, at horrible wire transfer fees. Give me a break. So, what are easily available, good options?
No one needs or wants to cash out? It is very important psychologically! Even if you just start out: http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=279342 It is actually very easy for US people (with brokers like MB trading, free checks or ACH) but for non-US residents?
Will it be OK with IB if I wire in 10 k to open an account then wire out 9,5 k and just trade with 500 to start out? I read somewhere it is OK with them.
