Hi, Anyone at eSignal listening to complaints about corrupted refreshed data to so many markets especially to European markets ? How can you trade with such corrupted data ? Look at the attachments of eSignal charts with this kind of data. eSignal is advertising all over the place for various software & data services & has been promising to give tick data for a 2 month period for last so many years but as usual these are false promises they have been giving about so many of their services to lure people in subscribing to their services both data & software. They provide the data for international markets but not the support to them. They have sales staff to sell their products 24 Hrs. a day but not the support. For support they refer you to European & Australian call centers but you hardly ever get connected to them. So basically if you are not a typically American customer, you are screwed. Here are the screen shots of their own eSignal charts for European Markets. How in the hell can you trade them or do anything with them ? eSignal, don't promise your customers anything you do not intend to provide them like 2 months of tick data that you did almost 4 years ago. Yes, refer to your own post on eSignal central. Didn't they teach you in sales that " You can fool a person all the time but you can't fool all the people all the time " ?
I do see the bad data that you are talking about with these symbols and I'd be happy to assist you with solving this issue if you like. I would also like to note that the version of eSignal being run in the screenshots is our 10 series which we are no longer developing. A lot of these data issues can be cleared up by moving to our current version of eSignal (eSignal 11.7). Newest version of eSignal does not have the data issues that you are seeing here. Only problem is that many 3rd party programs can only use the 10 version and not the 11 version so if you have a data only subscription using 10 version how do you work around these data issues?
Is your third party program studies that work within the eSignal platform or is it an application that uses the eSignal data manager? If it is an application then we should be able to update your DM version while keeping you on the eSignal 10 series. If it is a set of studies, then the only way would be to have the writer of the studies update them so they can run within eSignal 11.
