esignal client services

    Dont know if this is the right place to post but I would like to share my client services experience from Esignal. I was client since 1995 till a few weeks ago. I cancelled my subsciption, but Esignal charged my creditcard again for a new period. After my complaint they promissed me several times by email that they would make a refund for the last payment. We are now more then 1 month later, with confirmation by email from Scott Johnson that they would refund me. But till today I still wait for my refund. I was client for almost 20 years, paid always correctly, but apparently once a client is gone, the service is gone too. Take over 20.000$ from me in subscription fees was not a problem, a refund of 175$ appears to be a major problem.

    Just forward that e mail to your credit card company and have them reverse the charges. Seems pretty cut and dry if you have confirmation, no?

    I have send all the necessary information, including emails from esignal, to VISA on november 18. But still no refund. I have 3 emails form esignal confirming the refund,but still no refund from VISA, nor from Esignal.
    So customer support from VISA sucks too.
     
  4. Don't whine. Just call Visa again and resubmit the docs. Persistence is needed sometimes..

    Just recognize the hold times are bound to be pretty lengthy this time of year..
