    When there is a trading opportunity (Juicy zone), don't miss it.

    If I were to trade in the garbage zone,
    I'd reduce the trading quantity by 3X.

    end of day SPY price is not garbage @ all\ maybe for sure garbage on ES[NOT sayin' ES is garbage, because the whole purpose of Es is ''trading''
    + no ES dividends+ no problem.:caution::caution:
