EliteTrader psuedo democracy revisted

With idiots like Jesse J. running around, is it possible to come up with a system where other users can vote on the worthiness of other users' posted content? Perhaps like a 0-5 star rating? That way, we could have an option to filter all posters with less than X stars (we select what X is).

Aphie......There is no way to regulate chaos.
Kind of just point it in a direction that will do the least damage.
