This one is too obvious. They have pulled this stunt in multiple states and when caught, claim it is an honest mistake. That is they run the same ballots thru tabulating machines multiple times. So, you in effect credit phantom votes out of thin air. What is worst, they do not adjust the totals afterwards. So, you have more votes cast than registered voters but, that is A-Okay in their books. Judicial Watch has been trying the hardest to clean the voting rolls by removing dead people and illegals from it but, Democrats fight them even in court.

  4. You are able to cut and paste a brushpile of other links, as is your style.

But not able to address the issues raised by the person testifying.

There are no legitimate issues the person is raising. They are simply pushing fake election denial talking points as per Lake and Trump.

    Yep... it is this clown.

An ex-professor spreads election myths across the U.S., one town at a time
David Clements is traveling the country trying to persuade local leaders to withhold certification of election results. If he succeeds, it could cause chaos.

The bullshiat these nutcases are pushing is absolutely amazing and disgusting... let's take a closer look at these clowns.

Conspiracy theorists and extremists crash the Maricopa County canvass seeking to certify primary election results

Right-wing figures appeared at the meeting to push conspiracy theories about Dominion voting machines, ballot trafficking, and stolen elections

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors met on November 28 to certify the canvass of the 2022 primary election results. Conspiracy theorists and extremists appeared at the public meeting to push election conspiracy theories and far-right talking points in protest of Maricopa County’s certification.

Arizona has been a hotbed of conspiracy theories and right-wing extremism leading up to and following the losses of several far-right candidates in the state’s 2022 midterm elections. Now, right-wing conspiracy theorists are protesting the certification of election results in Arizona’s largest county.

Colorado right-wing podcaster and election denialist Joe Oltmann gave a public comment at the Maricopa Board of Supervisors meeting. Oltmann has previously called for his political opponents to be hanged and suggested that armed protestors should flood the streets of Arizona over the 2022 certification.

Opening his comments, Oltmann described himself as “the chief election denier.” He then falsely claimed that Dominion voting machines can be used to “cheat” and suggested that American people are being gaslighted into believing in “gender fluidity.”

Real America’s Voice correspondent and conspiracy theorist Ben Bergquam also appeared at the meeting for public comment. Real America’s Voice is a right-wing network that carries Steve Bannon’s War Room, where Bergquam frequently appears, and The Charlie Kirk Show, among others.

“What we saw on election day was outrageous. … 2020 was a disaster, how was 2022 worse?” Bergquam said.

“The election machines didn’t work,” he added.

Disgraced college professor and election fraud conspiracy theorist David Clements
also appeared at the meeting. Clements also has ties to Steve Bannon and has previously appeared on his show to push voter fraud conspiracy theories.

Clements opened his comments by calling himself a “slave” to the election system and “corruption.”

Clements then declared that “this is vote trafficking” and that “we’re not here to be civil.”

Arizona election denial gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake
has been reposting public comments protesting the certification on her Instagram account.

Cochise County, another Arizona county, voted today to delay the certification of the election results, “and miss the state's legal deadline of Monday, despite finding no legitimate problems with the local counts.” Arizona’s secretary of state reportedly plans to file legal action against the county.

At least one speaker took her disdain for Maricopa’s certification to a whole new level, calling for a “violent revolution” and suggesting that election officials in the county could face “the death penalty” for “treason.”

Lake and secretary of state candidate Mark Finchem are both leaders in the right-wing movement to push voter fraud narratives in elections where republicans lose
. Their losses have motivated conspiracy theorists, extremists, and media figures to object to the certification of the election, echoing pre-January 6 rhetoric that led to the deadly insurrection at the U.S. Capitol in 2021.

Let's laugh even louder at the MAGA election denying clowns in Arizona who refuse to certify the results in their county.

GOP county's refusal to certify election results could flip result of Arizona House seat
    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/poli...flip-result-of-arizona-house-seat/ar-AA14HWHi

A rural GOP county in Arizona could cost its own party a House seat in an already narrow majority if it does not certify its election results.

Republican Juan Ciscomani is the projected winner for Arizona's 6th Congressional District. Despite being regarded as a rising star in his party, however, he could lose his seat to Democrat Kirsten Engel because the GOP-controlled supervisors of Cochise County voted on Monday to delay the certification of the results from the midterm elections despite the Nov. 28 deadline and without evidence of problems with the local counts.

The county's decision risks excluding close to 47,000 Arizonans' votes and could eliminate the 38,706 votes cast for Ciscomani, per the county's report logs.

Arizona Secretary of State and Gov.-elect Katie Hobbs filed a lawsuit in the Cochise County Superior Court against the county on Monday, asking the court to compel Cochise County to certify its results.

Hobbs argued in the lawsuit that the county is not only violating state law but also will "potentially disenfranchise the voters of Cochise County."

If the court does not intervene, "the Secretary will have no choice but to complete the statewide canvass by Dec. 8 without Cochise County's votes included."

Thus, the Board's inaction not only violates the plain language of the statute, but undermines a basic tenet of free and fair elections in this state: ensuring that every Arizonan's voice is heard," the lawsuit said.

Cochise County Supervisor Ann English, the lone Democrat on the board, said, "There is no reason for us to delay," per NPR. However, she was outvoted by GOP Supervisors Tom Crosby and Peggy Judd.

The Associated Press called the race with Ciscomani receiving 50.7% of the votes, a narrow win over Engel with 49.3%. However, statewide results without Cochise County's numbers would reportedly flip the seat in favor of Engel. A state schools chief seat would also flip for the Democrats.

Republicans experienced disappointing results from the midterm elections, particularly in Arizona. Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake, who was endorsed by former President Donald Trump, lost to Hobbs. Blake Masters, a Republican candidate for Arizona's Senate race, also failed to achieve victory against incumbent Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ).

Arizona has been the target of election fraud claims since 2020, particularly in Maricopa County, the state's largest county. Voter tabulation machine malfunctions and other problems plagued Maricopa County during the 2022 midterm elections, too, causing Lake and other Republicans to attack the county for negligence and voter fraud.

In a lawsuit filed last week, Lake asked the Arizona Superior Court to require officials to produce records on how they conducted the midterm elections. Maricopa County officials, led by Republican Bill Gates, voted unanimously to approve the county's results on Monday.
