There's a story that during the WW1 induced shortages in Russia, the Tzar was offered in lack of the original what was described to His Highness as "Eastern Caviar". The fundamental problem is that good Zacusca can not and will never be produced in industrial quantities. Whenever you buy your caviar from a Target shelf, that's not caviar, that is. Same goes for zacusca. So how can one make a business from supplying a limited quantity of a delicacy? Can it be done?
