E signal candle shadows

I'm getting huge shadows on my candles for many listed stocks
on my E signal. Is anyone else?

 

me too....they are aware of the problem. I believe it is on all NYSE stocks.

 

right click on chart. Go to properties, check force suffix on All linked symbols, and type in =n on the empty box below. This will take out all ecn prints and will only show nyse.
