DTN/IQ Feed. What would you do?

    1) About an hour ago, DTN disconnected my account. Without warning.

    2) When I contacted customer service, the response was "billing has a disconnect on your account."

    3) "Billing," of course, is now closed.

    4) I've checked my account online and, as I assumed, it's paid in full.

    5) I'm in a position, now sans charts.

    Q: What would you do re: DTN?
     
  2. make sure your data-feed ( core trading necessity ) bills are paid on time. :)

  5. Sorry I missed the billing was actually paid. lol! :D
    May I suggest to find out really what is behind :
    - for instance, do they have another customer with the same name as yours who did not pay their bill on time?
    - does this happen to other customers?
    so as to make sure this does not happen again.

    They say it was an "error" in the billing department.

    Beyond that, no apology.

    I've been a DTN/IQ customer for six years. Never has there been a "payment problem" with my account.

    Needless to say, I'll be decamping for a different data service provider.
