    The charts disagree with you.

From Tech view, the price has not met the resistance yet. I see no sign of bearish

Debt to equity is negative - implying they have excess cash

Gross profit margin isn't too bad - their profit is 30% of its revenue

    PE has increasing trend...

    Domino pizza's financially healthy.

    Up $2 today.
    Nice.
Forward PE over 40.... should be 25 at the most. ($115)
    Like the CMG of yore.
    Difference being Millennials hate it.

    $178 is low hanging fruit.

Look for a Cramer pump professing the powers of their IT and their salad sales. Its BS.

    tick-tock.

    $159 or lower easy w/i 3 months.

Chart's a thing of beauty though.

    Sales/employee 186K
    Negative book value of -$40/share
    ROE -11%
    2.49 PEG
    .85 dividend

Granted 21% yoy forecast growth (which I doubt).
    But still....Its overvalued.
Too much competition....And it tastes... not so good.

  7. Have you worked out its instrinsic value using some sort of dividend or free cash flow model ? It might be premature to decide their price is over valued. They have gone through really hard times in the past and they got over that so they may not be so overvalued. But I hope you are right. I wish I could provide its intrinsic value but it's quite time consuming calculation...

That's a good point. And somebody out there obviously see's something in it.

But their margins are (IMO) suffering. You can bet they will meet top line revenue, but they are giving away the farm to get there. Coupons galore. In my experience... when companies do that to meet the expected top line, the stock goes down sooner than later.

That forward PE is just too damn high in a highly competitive niche. And like I said... Millennials won't eat the stuff. I just don't see the growth. And yes they had hard times, but this run more started in Oct 2014... its gotta stop.

EG won't touch it as a short, based on T/A. And he has certainly proven himself with his T/A prowess here on ET. I guess I'm just trying to game the reversal in the chart before it happens. Cause when it turns, I suspect the T/A will scream short.

We'll see. Its not the end of the world if I'm wrong. And as the chart looks right now.... Its still going to go higher. I should have waited a few.
