I've waited a long time to toss ARCA out on its ass. It's thievery IMO for them to charge .004 for routing orders to other market centers, but ARCA has been the only game in town for getting short on the bid... ...that is, until the SEC eliminated short-sale price tests. Now ARCA is irrelevant for short sales, and there's more liquidity on INET anyways, so hopefully ARCA wastes away into nonexistence. ARCA, if you're reading this (doubt you are), don't be afraid to stumble upon intelligence and lower your route out charges below .003.
