Yeah. Get something larger than a prison cell to live in. 100 sft? Your first post made more sense at 1200 sft.

Always make the buyer pay shipping. Always.

Craigslist cash and local pickup for common household items.
eBay for collectables or electronics, will be fees and 1099 taxes.

I'd use Craigslist, so you only deal with local folks. Ebay fees are too be avoided if possible. I hear folks talk about using Marketplace on FB, but I don't know anything about it.

You make millions of dollars per year in "trading", yet don't know that the best place to do a Craig's list-type trade is in the parking lot of your local police station? WTF, are you for real? You're just bloody stupid.

No , I've just never sold my stuff before.... I remember putting things in storage and never bothering to get it back, so no to that. Called pod moving, they quoted 3700 for an 8ft square container... nope

Lol no I don't make millions in profits .... pass the pipe dude I'll have some of what you're having. :D

Be careful selling on Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace,a lot of robbers using those now, good way to get shot. I've sold a bunch thru them but it's getting dangerous now days. I have over 500 ebay transactions since 1999(70% purchases,30% sales). Just make sure you dont underprice the shipping cost...they are getting HIGH. Describe the item honestly and dont try to screw potential buyers with junk you're just trying to get rid of.
