Does Bloomberg always require a 2-year commitment, or is it negotiable?

    i dont think anything is negotiable with bloomberg unless you are a JPMorgan (and i'm not even sure they have a lot of negotiating room).

    only crap services try and lock you in from the start cause they know you will cancel after the hype is over.

  8. Yup. The only exception that I've seen is that a firm can get a temporary "student login" for interns.

    I wonder if they give discounts to educational institutions? Most s/w, medicals, engineering... give discounts to students.
