    Oh Bullshit....

How does a “legitimate” pharmacist or any pharmacist know if a drug is prescribed for “off label” use. And if so, what about other drugs used for off label use.

A Pharmacist is not a Doctor nor do they want to assume the liability for un-prescribing a “legitimate” prescribed medication from a licensed physician.

Any pharmacy engaging in such is playing politics with people’s lives

You do know that nearly every major pharmacy chain in the U.S. is refusing to fill prescriptions for Ivermectin or Hydroxychloroquine unless it is prescribed by a local physician who is viewed as legitimate --- and yes, they will call the physician's office to confirm the purpose of the drug.

Go read the Ivermectin Cultists thread for all the examples of pharmacists refusing to fill prescriptions for off-label use.

    Zzzzzzzz

If I’m not mistaken, every Doctor, DO, anyone with script writing authority is registered and in a data base that can be accessed by the pharmacy. Obviously if someone comes in with some weird prescription, out of state, what ever the Pharmacist will investigate.

In today’s modern world most physicians email/transmit the script to your pharmacy. That’s how my Doc handles it.

Without a doubt, every liberal, kool-aid drinking pharmacist will act as you’ve described - “Playing Doctor”.

You should really read the entire article posted to start the thread. All it states is the State AG will not prosecute doctor's who prescribe Ivermectin or Hydroxychloroquine for Covid-19.

It goes on to state a doctor will be 'subject to discipline if they “neglect to obtain informed consent, deceive their patients, prescribe excessively high doses, fail to check for contraindications, or engage in other misconduct,” wrote Peterson.'

Seeing that Ivermectin cultists are demanding doses of Ivermectin to "treat Covid" that are far larger than the doses recommended by humans -- in fact to the level of being poisonous -- it is pretty clear no legitimate pharmacist will fill these prescriptions. Nor will any doctor who desires to keep their license prescribe them.

    Strawman much?

It goes on to state a doctor will be 'subject to discipline if they “neglect to obtain informed consent, deceive their patients, prescribe excessively high doses, fail to check for contraindications, or engage in other misconduct,” wrote Peterson.'

Isn’t that true for any drug prescribed?

No Doctor is going prescribe a drug in a manner you describe. If someone does they are the exception not the rule.

However any “Legit Doctor” prescribing a “Legit Medicine” the patient receiving such should have their prescription filled.

While the doctor might not get prosecuted for prescribing Ivermectin or Hydroxychloroquine -- the doctor can still get their medical license stripped for doing so. The state AG does not control that. Furthermore if a doctor in Nebraska is found running a pill mill -- prescribing Ivermectin for off-label use to a large number of patients the doctor call still be prosecuted by the Feds.

Does the sniveling and chicken-shit attacks ever end with your kind? Someone doesn’t act, follow your little narrative, you’ll try every little backhanded tactic to get your way.

    Pathetic.

Facts and reality are difficult for you, eh. Sorry that facts and reality offend you so much.
