Hi, I've been seriously looking at Pivots lately and I thought it is a very interesting concept as I want to move away from using indicators. I'd like to hear from people that uses pivot exclusively to trade the eMinis and maybe Forex Futures. I have questions around: 1) What kind of confirmation do you use for entry on key pivot areas? tape reading, lower time frame? 2) I'm using Tradestation and is the pivot calculation (lines) get really confusing if you switch from "Regular Hours" to "US with Pre-Market" or "US with Pre/Post Market" -- what's your experience on this? 3) For Forex futures, do you still use the same calculation / hours ? Also, if you have any good sites or source of information on this topic... Thanks !
I put pivot(HLC Avg) and wmap side by side, it looked like wmap give you better number to trade around.
