Sprint for 15-30 minutes. Half a long block. 100 meters. As fast as you can. Aim for 5-10 sets of running as fast as possible. Experiment with same block or several blocks. Quick shower or forego showering and jump right into trading. Report back with the results.
@Bakinec = @persistence ? are you a bot ? Answer : Of course NO!!! I have fresh and blood !!! It is definitely the bot language.
Don't be hesitant to report positive results. Even a thousand people becoming better at trading will not mean that your performance will suffer. Traders make money using different techniques, but most money is made on trends. If more people become successful, all that means is that trends will be stronger and last longer! Price dynamics are obviously not driven only by daytraders, but they have a part in it. Not sure how much, but that's besides the point - do not hesitate to report positive results if it improved your trading!
It didn’t work for me when I ran on the block by house. It worked for me when I ran on the block that was a few blocks down from my house. so he’s right. You have to try running on different blocks.
The moral of this story, or lesson, is to neutralize your emotions, body, and mind before engaging in a relatively intense activity such as trading. Trading is similar to playing a championship chess game...that player wouldn't go to a strip club, hire an escort, eat a bucket of fried chicken, and drink liquor the night or day before. The best traders in the world, similar to chess players and karate masters, treat their bodies, minds, spirits and souls in a very disciplined, respectful, manner. They don't necessarily engage in common man stuff.
