Do ETF options close at 4:15pm ET?

    Since the underlying like DIA, QQQQ, SPY keep trading until 4:15pm?

    Yes, that's correct.
    (At least in regards to SPY & QQQQ. The DIA is an irrelevant index for pikers and CNBC journalists, and I have no idea what it does.)
