    Do all (Upgrades/Downgrades/PT changes) are published in the EXT hours? and why?

    It's easier to manipulate a move during low volume or after retail takes notice right before market opens.

    That's a lowkey pointless question.

    Yes these notice are usually released outside Regular Trading Hours. Occasionally, there is a screwup and a company will accidentally release the notice during RTH.

    Mainly because an analyst can downgrade post market hours on lousy earnings + outlook+ strangely get credit for the same day call.
    Sorta like /wait till close price + i can give you the close price 100% of the time.:D:D

    I thing I regularly observe is that analyst firms that release up/downgrades are regularly trading in the stocks the night before the up/downgrade is released. You can observe this with the very unusual price/volume action in those stocks the night before.

    Sorta like the fossil fuels song Coal Miner daughter;
    In a cabin on a hill in Butcher Holler.
    Like a mail order catalog\
    daddy made money from sellin' a hog.
    Like the songs says, sometimes better to sell a hog than buy one:D:D
