Yeh, the other issue there is that not only are more injunctions being imposed but more of the district courts are declaring that their injunction applies nationwide rather than just in their district until it is settled on appeal or staying the order until appeal is completed. That has not always been the case and that issue needs to be addressed legislatively or through supreme court rules of procedure. It does not just impact conservatives, the libs have examples that are ugly too. Need to fix that.
Maybe you should learn about the American legal system. District court judges are not the final stop along the way.
