Desktop Trading Computers

  1. Hey everyone just bought a new desktop trading system, was wondering if anyone can tell me if this is a good deal or not .. Paid around 1500 got more customized on it though... thoughts? got it from mytechcompass.com .. Was using Falcon in the past but they beat them substantially price wise

  3. Intel processor.. Logtech keyboard/mouse.. Ripjaw RAM.. asked for samsung SSD drive .. ASRock motherboard

    Desktops are dying.
    Laptops with 4+ cores are more than sufficient in the finance world, IMO.
    Of course connecting to external monitor(s) & keyboard & mouse,
    and having SSD and fast RAM.

    for trading the main thing u want is a good cpu / ram combo.

    I used to play games like crazy, the main thingu wanted there is a good cpu / graphics card combo.

  7. I agree ... 32 gig of ram and the Intel i7 processor seems ideal for a setup .. The video card is high end with a 4k display which is ideal for me and the price seemed real good

    Did u get a gaming or workstation graphics card?

    What kind of warranty/support does mytechcompass.com provide you? On-site, mail-in, phone?
     
  10. They offered me on site and technical phone support.. They have remote desktop assistance and the customer support is in the US which is great
