You failed to note it is because Denmark's Covid policies WORKED -- that they are now able to reduce restrictions. Proper public health policy outlines that you increase restrictions in a pandemic when the disease is highly prevalent in a community and reduce restrictions when the disease is not longer highly prevalent. Unlike Sweden which is increasing restrictions because their "loose" Covid policies failed to work and they are now seeing the most cases ever.
