I guess most people heard about his death last week. What I found surprising is that the police researched the data on a 'smart box' in his car to determine how fast he was going and that he even tapped the brakes 'gently for a brief moment before he hit the wall at 78 mph. That is a lot of detail. I know some companies monitor their 18 wheelers and some insurance companies will give you a discount if you plug in a monitoring device to track your driving habits. He was driving a 2013 Chevy Tahoe. Do all new cars have monitoring devices in them like that, is it specific to Tahoe's or do you think he had a device on there for insurance reasons ? I don't like the idea of the govt having that much control over my life. Or big business. http://www.usatoday.com/story/money/2016/03/14/aubrey-mcclendon-crash-update/81772780/
