Daytrading is actually less stressful and less risky than swing trading or position trading.

There is less anxiety than have an unhedged open position overnight futures, stocks or options. You don't take your position or work with you when you go home to kick back and relax. after closing bell.

Daytrading has limited risk where as swing trading is unpredictable.

I migrated from swing to day trading years ago.

conversely there are thousands of ET members who migrated from day to swing trading.

  5. it really depends on how much screen time you can afford, I do intraday scalps and swings and sometims weekly swings. most profitable are intraday swings lately but that depends on market condition

  6. Daytrading worst enemy are commissions. If you can find a certain setup with enough volatility then good,if not it will really eat into profits.
